Arrival 3pm, Departure 10am, unless prearranged for other times. Normal rental runs from Friday to Friday.
Weekends and short breaks can be arranged out of peak season.
Usually weekends are Friday to Monday, Short Breaks are Monday to Friday. Other options may be available.
Deposit of 50% secures booking. Full payment is required 6 weeks prior to rental. Deposit can only be returned if apartment is rebooked. We would recommend taking out holiday insurance cover in case you need to cancel.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms, one (master bedroom) with a King size double bed and the other with a pair of 3ft wide single beds, accommodating 4 adults comfortably.
A further 2 adults can be accommodated using the sofa bed in the lounge.
Designated parking for one car only. Other parking available nearby.
Bed linen supplied.

Please bring your own towels and tea towels
Please ensure your rubbish is put out on the kerb-side on Thursday evening for collection early on Friday morning (one day later following a bank holiday)
